Return & Exchange Policy

Return and Refund

Misverse will accept Return of an item only if the following conditions are met:

  1. Return should be initiated within 2 days of delivery of the original order by Whatsapping us(click here) with your order number and details of return.
  2. Only after receiving the product, we will inspect and initiate the refund process.
  3. The tags on the product should be intact.
  4. The product should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition.
  5. We will collect the return within 3-5 working days.
  6. The amount refunded to your bank account will be the total order value minus shipping, reverse shipping costs, and processing and handling fees (Rs 200). Please allow 9 to 15 working days for the refund process to be completed.
  7. No returns will be entertained without video proof while opening the parcel incase of the manufacturing defects.
  8. Misverse reserves the right to reject any return request if any of the above conditions are not met.

Exchange Policy

* Exchanges can only be processed for Size Change.

IMPORTANT- An additional cost of Rs 100 will be charged for exchanges. Misverse will accept Size Exchange of an item only if the following conditions are met:

  1. Size Exchange should be initiated within 2 days of delivery of the original order.
  2. We will collect the exchange within 3-5 working days.
  3. Only after receiving and checking the product, will we reship the required product size. 
  4. The tags on the product should be intact.
  5. The product should be unused, unwashed and in undamaged condition.
  6. Size exchanges can be approved for an order only once.
  7. Please make sure you retain the courier receipt used to send the product to our warehouse (address given below)
  8. The usual time of dispatch of your size exchange order is 3-4 Business Days after we receive your product at our warehouse (subject to size availability)
  9. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your exchange order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  10. Misverse reserves the right to reject any exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.
